Credit Card Policy
Our acceptance of any payments by credit card includes the understanding and agreement between You and Us that in exchange for accepting a credit card payment, You agree to pay a convenience fee, You agree not to dispute any charge for any reason, and You further agree that the only method of conflict resolution, disputes, or requests for refunds will be by those set forth in this Agreement. You also agree that any dispute requiring a subjective judgment, that has an intangible value not covered in Our price lists shall be determined at Our sole discretion. Credit Cards are not accepted within 90 days of Your event and are not accepted for Your final payment; the only acceptable form of final payment is cash or a certified bank check in advance of your event.
Our Preferred Payment Method is Cash or Certified Bank Check, and Our Preferred Payment Channel is in person, at our office, located at 616 Long Hill Road, Middletown, CT 06457. If you wish to make a deposit or scheduled payment and you make said payment via an Alternate Payment Channel, such as over the phone by credit card, a $125.00 convenience fee will apply to the transaction. Please note, credit cards are only accepted for the scheduled payment amounts listed on the front page of this agreement. Credit cards are not accepted for additional amounts or for the Final Payment Due nor are they accepted within 90 days of Your event.
